Yes! You can cancel your subscription at any time with no penalties. For monthly plans, you'll retain access until the end of your current billing period. Annual plans cannot be cancelled mid-year, but you can choose not to renew.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Absolutely! You can upgrade your plan at any time and the change takes effect immediately. When downgrading, the change takes effect at your next billing cycle to ensure you have access to premium features you've already paid for.
Is my client data secure and AHPRA compliant?
Yes! ADMRL is built with Australian data residency, full encryption, and compliance with AHPRA standards and the Privacy Act 1988. All client data is stored securely in Australia, and we maintain comprehensive audit logs for professional accountability. Our platform undergoes regular security audits and we're pursuing SOC 2 certification.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) and direct debit for annual plans. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
You'll have 60 days to export all your data after cancellation. We provide complete data export functionality so you can download all client records, reports, and assessment data. After 60 days, data is permanently deleted from our systems in accordance with privacy regulations.
